I've confirmed with the creators that this is intended to be "... as widely available as possible and ... with no plans to make a charge for access or restrict access in any way." It has been created to foster collaborative development in the field of platinum group metal chemistry and applications. The creators "... hope that it will develop a life of its own where users feel able to contribute new data."
